DJ`s wins Les Mills Australian 'Club of the Year'!
The team at DJ`s wish to thank you for your loyal support, attendance and enthusiasm you bring to the club every day. The award was accepted by Claire and Jill in front of 1,000 people (ie. other instructors) on the 2nd of May 2010 at the Sydney Convention Centre. Yes, they were very nervous and emotional.... We are proud to have some of the best instructors in the business and look forward to an even bigger and better year ahead by constantly improving and delivering outstanding classes and service. DJ's Body Transformation Winners
The long wait is finally over. Take a look at the amazing results achieved by our DJ's members who took part in our recent 'From Guts to Glory' Challenge.
While a number of people eagerly took up the challenge with a 'before' photo, not everyone came through with the fabulous 'after' photo. What was great to see was all the amazing results from everyone who took part, even if they did only lose a few kilos over the 12 weeks.
The following are the clear winners with great before and after comparisons. For their efforts they will each receive 3 Months FREE Membership courtesy of DJ's GYM.
As a bonus, 1 month memberships will also be awarded to a number of people who took part, however, due to poor quality photo's or due to them wearing clothing that did not reveal the changes, we were not able to show the true comparison and present their photo's.
Well done Guys! We're proud of you and enjoy your new bodies....
300 Challenge - What is it?
DJ`s 300 Challenge will give your body a workout like never before. The variety of equipment including Kettlebells, tyres, Aquabags (everybody`s favourite), Powerbandsand even sandbags will force every muscle in your body to come alive and get to work.The functional exercises simulate activities you may encounter in everyday life and will involve the deep stabilizing muscles in your core. Leave each class with an increased metabolism, more strength, and it will prime your body to lose excess fat....Come and feel the difference and expect amazing results! Tuesdays @ 6pm
