DJ's Body Transformation - "From Guts to Glory"

WHAT IS IT?
At DJ's we want you to get the best out of your health and fitness. We know that sometimes you need a little extra motivation and incentive...so here it is!
No matter what shape or size you are now, or how much your body needs to change, no goal is too big. We want you ALL to challenge yourselves and give it a go!
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Just 3 simple steps..
1. Download your FREE nutrition book "FROM GUTS TO GLORY" (Hit the download button on the right hand side of the screen). This will give you all the essential training and nutrition information that will enable you to achieve amazing results.
2. Provide us with a before and (eventually) after photo - DON'T BE SHY! You can wear as much or as little as you like. Bring in or email your photo to dj@djsgym.com.au or alternatively we have a camera at the gym and would be happy to take it for you here!
3. Start now! The day you take your photo is the day you start! All transformations must finish by Monday 31st May.
Then bring on the great results!! If you have any questions, have a chat to us or book in with a trainer to review your programme and get you started.
JUDGING
Judging will be on this website in the first week of June. We invite you, all DJ's members, friends, family and colleagues to vote, so get everyone you know to vote for you! (there may even be a little something in it for them)
Contestants photo's will be posted on our website and voting will be determined on who made the best overall change to their body. This is NOT a weight loss competition and judging will be based on overall appearance rather than just weightloss and body fat percentage. We want to see some muscle tone as well ladies!
AND IF A NEW BODY ISN'T ENOUGH.....
WE ARE GIVING AWAY 20, (yes 20!) 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS!
10 male and 10 female members will be rewarded based recieving the most votes online.
Remember, taking part in this challenge is FREE. IT`s just another member's benefit and an example of the exceptional service you get at DJ's.

Bootcamp is here
South Melbourne
A great alternative to just standing on the same machine for half an hour (which we all know can get rather boring!) Bootcamp will provide a total body workout and will challenge you with a variety of aerobic, strength, power and endurance activities focused on improving your results each week.
Warren has designed an awsome class focusing on variety. Each week will involve different exercises, activities and equipment with the use of sandbags, tyres, ropes, team work and body weight exercises.
We have had a fantastic response so far! The class has already got dedicated followers who are enjoying the variation and new challenges bootcamp is providing each week. So get on in and try it out!
