Exercise SUCKS!!!! (so does being overweight, unfit, unhealthy, lethargic, flabby….) But exercise is still the ticket… and thatʼs why you need a gym.

Soooo…. you gonna figure it out for yourself?… pick the right routine, motivate yourself, do it the right way, use the latest training info and workouts?…  OR…

Are you gonna get someone to do it for you (aka Personal Training)?
