We understand all this and have put together a 3 week – 8 session course to help you “Get your Yoga on!” We build everything from the ground up so you know you’re doing it right. In just 4 weeks you’ll be able to see and feel the difference this amazing practice can make to your life.

Session One - Sun Salutation Technique & Pose Breakdown. Strength building & Alignment focus
Session Two - Sample Yoga class (ie Vinyasa Flow) including core training
Session Three - Power Yoga for strength and core!
Session Four – Yin / Restorative Yoga & Balance work. Stretch, balance & flexibility focus
Session Five - Poses of Hot Yoga
Session Six – Deepening your Vinyasa practice through breath & refining your personal practice
Session Seven - Sample Forrest Yoga class
Session Eight – Putting it all together & going forward
We’ll work on your individual yoga technique to build strength, flexibility and that extra special inner peace that nothing but Yoga can give you. If you’ve never managed to get a regular Yoga practice in your life but always wanted to this is the perfect way to start!
No matter how long you’ve been doing Yoga for (or even if you’ve never done Yoga before!) our 3 week intensive course will allow you to learn and get more out of your Yoga. We’ll be working on breathing techniques, amazing core engagement, safety & postural alignment along with some challenging inversions routines. And once we’ve got all of that down we put it all together to flow, stretch and work you out.
Our DJ’s South Melbourne Yoga intensive will give you the chance to experience different styles of Yoga in a comfortable & trusting environment. You’ll get to feel the smoothness of a Vinyasa flow sequence, the intensity of a Forrest Yoga session, the key poses of a traditional Bikram (Hot Yoga) class and some good old fashioned power yoga. And what will possibly become your favourite Yoga word – Yin yoga to restore balance, length and calm to your body & muscles. Yin Yoga is kinda like a long hot bath after you’ve been moving house all day! You’ll *love* it.
By working in a small group with progressive content you get specific & personal feedback and correction each and EVERY session. We make each pose accessible for all levels of flexibility & coordination whether that means you can do a full Bird of Paradise or perhaps need a little help touching your toes
And finally (if you’re not convinced already) by immersing your body in a Yoga Intensive your body will adapt and absorb all the Yoga benefits at an accelerated rate. Meaning that you get stronger, more flexible, fitter, educated and calmer in just 4 weeks!

But that’s what makes her the best at getting each individual (with all our quirks & niggles) to reach their full potential and beyond.
